Plugin Options: Modify header text, background color, your Twitter id, method of implementation, etc.

Post Edit Screen: Add/Edit your tweet links directly from the post edit page.
Download the plugin from this page and extract it
Copy the mytweetlinks folder to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
You are done – you can now customize it however you want by clicking on "MyTweetLinks" in the "settings" section.
