1.Upload the menu-effect folder to your plugin folder, choose to upload the zip through the interface, or install it by searching the WP repository 2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress 3. Create a menu using Appearance -> Menu set primary menu . and check front end .
