The helloModi Social Discount Plugin provides an easy solution for incorporating social media marketing into the WooCommerce and WP e-commerce shopping platforms.

The plugin allows store owners to offer discounts to shoppers in exchange forposting about their product on social networking sites.

Store owners have the ability to let the shopper post their own message or restrict the mesage to one written by the store owner.

1. 

   The coupon shortcode [modi] can be added to your checkout page. The coupon as shown will be displayed.

   A popup box will display that will allow users to login to Facebook.

   Once a user logs in, they will be able to post a status to their wall about your product. Once this is complete, they can claim their discount!

1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
2. Access settings page by going to Settings > Hello Modi.
3. Enter appropriate information into correlating fields:
4. "Enter Site Name:" - The name of your site. This will display on a users' Facebook wall when a user enters a status update.
5. "Enter Site URL:" - The URL to the page you want the link in a users' update to point to.
6. "Allow users to write their own status update?" - If you choose "yes", the user can write whatever they want onto their wall. If "No", whatever you write in the "Enter status text" box will be posted to the users wall.
