  1. Upload to the /wp-content/plugins directory
  2. Activate the >>faster plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Submit a support ticket by going to the >>faster menu that is now in your admin menu

What exactly is a small fix?

We consider anything that takes less than 1 hour as a small fix. If the fix is simple enough to convey in a chat, email, or through the Faster plugin, it is probably in our wheelhouse. If you are not sure if your fix is in-scope, just ask us.

How long will it take to complete my fix?

Most fixes are completed the same business day. If requested over the weekend, we will typically respond the following Monday unless we believe it is critical to your site functionality. In that case, we will address as soon as possible.

What about larger tasks?

If you have a WordPress task that will take us longer than 1 hour, we will break it up into smaller chunks and work up to 1 hour per day until it is complete. For large out-of-scope projects like custom themes or plugins, we have a list of partner agencies that we can recommend. Contact us for details.

Can you support multiple sites?

Absolutely. Our monthly plan is for a single site only but you can sign up for as many single-site plans as you need.

Do you offer white label options for your service?

At this time we do not have a white label option but we are open to co-branding partnerships. Contact us for details.

I just signed up, how soon before you fix my issue?

As soon as you have signed up you may submit your first ticket and we will get to work.

How many tickets can I submit at one time?

There is no limit to how many tickets you may have open at one time. We will work on each in the order they are received up to 1 hour per day. If you have a hot fix that needs to be prioritized, just let us know when submitting.

What are your hours?

We are on duty Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern but you may submit a ticket 24/7. We can help out after-hours or on weekends for serious issues, just let us know when submitting your ticket.
